The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is an organisation that promotes the international exchange of students and academics. It is, in fact, the world’s largest organisation as concerns financing academic mobility. As an association of German universities, DAAD represents 231 German universities and higher education institutions, with over 500 representatives in nearly 100 countries.
DAAD New Zealand is frequently a part of events, often together with other organisations. Events range from alumni meetings to study and career information sessions and much, much more.
Keen on applying for DAAD funding, but you'd like to hear how others liked their stay? Here former scholarship holders from New Zealand talk about their experiences in Germany.
